Update location with new address

Update the location of an account (address, for example).

Pass optional lat and lng (in addition to required address) if available to skip geocoding the address. Returns JSON object representing the updated Location.

ID of location to update. Note: this is not the same as the account ID, however the Account APIs will return the ID of any associated locations to use with this Locations API.
